Samsung has launched Galaxy S10 smartphone, featuring cryptocurrency storage to house private cryptocurrency keys. Currently, the phone has been announced in Seoul, San Francisco, and London. According to the company, Galaxy S10 comes with Samsung Knox function that will provide a hardware-backed secure storage for the private keys. The feature is expected to enable the smartphone users experience streamlined blockchain-enabled mobile services.
HTC on Tuesday launched its first blockchain-focussed smartphone – Exodus 1 and can be purchased by cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum only. It has been priced at 0.15 Bitcoins or 4.78 Ether tokens. This phone has all necessary features such as secure enclave, trusted UI, social key recovery, and more. Interestingly, it has its own cryptocurrency wallet called Zion.
Earlier this year, HTC had announced about its ongoing project on a Blockchain powered Smartphone. Finally, after a few months of standby, the company has cleared the air regarding the same on its official Instagram post a few days back. It is going to release HTC Exodus, its Blockchain powered smartphone on October 22. The news is now turned out to be the centre of discussion everywhere.
