Binance has announced the launch of testnet of its new decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, Binance DEX. The exchange, which is based on Binance Chain, is now available for customers, and allows users to create wallets and exchange tokens on the Binance DEX testnet. The exchange is also claimed to support secure decentralized software and hardware wallets.
BitTorrent Token (BTT) has reached six times high as compared to its price of Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which had been launched just a week ago. As per Binance’s token sale platform, on January 28, the company witnessed sale of 59.8 billion BTT tokens at a price of $0.00012 per token which has now risen up to a whopping trading price of $0.000798, i.e. 565 percent of its ICO.
CryptoPineapple, a Bitcoin Investor, has gifted a ledger filled with various cryptos worth 1 BTC to a primary school girl in India. Although the process of choosing the recipient of the donation has not yet been shared, the Twitter user has specified that the prize will be kept in a locked safe until the girl reaches 18 years of age.
Binance Labs, venture wing of cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has introduced the first batch of blockchain projects from its Incubation Program. The projects selected by Binance include SafePal, a hardware wallet platform; Torus, a developer of fictionless logins for decentralized apps; Nym, an Internet security project, and Deaux, a market prediction startup.
Recently, the crypto exchange company, Binance has created a hype in Australia by partnering with a blockchain based travel startup TravelbyBit. The company has collaborated with this Queensland-headquartered travel startup by investing a huge amount of $ 2.5 million.
