Line Pay Partners With Visa For Blockchain Based Payment Service

The operator of fintech services of the LINE messaging app, LINE Pay has partnered with Visa, an American payments service. Together both the firms are going to work on a blockchain based payment Service This will develop new innovative solutions for global payments, fund transfer platforms, and blockchain-based projects.

The users of the Line App users can use the app’s payment features directly from their mobile phones. Also, LINE Pay users will be able to use the app’s payment features at Visa’s 54 million merchant locations worldwide. It will allow merchants to interact with the LINE Pay service enhancing interaction between Line Pay digital wallet and Visa services. That will in turn foster worldwide interoperable payments.

Additionally, the two companies will also work on the development of new blockchain-based projects. Since the Line has its own in house service oriented blockchain, LINK Chain, it will help decentralized apps on its messaging platform. Visa has just begun to work with various crypto-based strategies after it has dominated all its competition.
