The popular crypto exchange Coinbase has launched its Crypto Debit Card in six European countries. The Coinbase users can spend cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, ethereum, and Litecoin in stores and online at any merchant that accepts Visa. This news comes from a popular news outlet.
The cardholders in Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, and the Netherlands will be able to use the cards. It will sync directly to their Coinbase accounts. The card comes in a mobile app for both iOS and Android. It is also available as a physical card that can be used to withdraw cash from ATMs. Users can decide which cryptocurrency they wish to use to make a payment via the crypto debit card in the app. Coinbase will subsequently convert the crypto to cash, for a fee.
